Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with IdeaLens. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Eligible for Refund:

  • • Technical issues preventing service use
  • • Service not performing as described
  • • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • • Cancellation within 7 days of first subscription

Refund Timeline

New Subscribers

Full refund available within 7 days of your first subscription payment.

Technical Issues

Prorated refunds for service outages lasting more than 24 hours.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@idealens.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant details about technical issues
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review and processing

Note: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Evaluations completed during your subscription period
  • Cancellations after the 7-day new subscriber period
  • Requests made more than 30 days after billing
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You'll continue to have access to all Pro features until your subscription expires, and your evaluation history will remain accessible.
